Can I make changes to an order?

If you need to change or cancel your order please contact us immediately. We generally  process orders within 1 business day and once our warehouse processes your order we will be unable to make any changes.

When will my order ship?

 Most orders ship within 1- 2 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders  are not shipped on Sundays or holidays. Please allow 1 – 2 days for processing and 2-3 additional business days for your order to be shipped and delivered.

I need to return an item. How long will it take?

Why was my order cancelled?

Due to  an unforeseen event, the item you ordered is suddenly became out of stock and it no longer available. We promise this cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become available you will be notified within 24-48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your  order. If your order is flagged as fraudulent, your order will be cancelled immediately.
