STAFFING RATES AND COSTS ARE SUBJECTIVE!Â
The cost will be based on the hours each staff works and the type of worker requested. Additionally, the following may apply:
- There is a minimum four hours per staff member requested.
- MB Enterprises reserves the right to add a per hour travel fee, not to exceed two (2) additional hours for any staff members that have a commute over twenty (20) miles. Our position will always be to supply you with local staff, however in situations where staff selected will need to travel over 20 miles we would bring that to your attention first to get your acceptance an approval of any additional costs for that staff person. This is to compensate our employees for travel costs.
- In the case where the only available parking is in a paid parking garage, MB Enterprises reserves the right to request reimbursement for these costs on behalf of our staff.
- For staffing requests with short notice (forty-eight hours or less), MB Enterprises reserves the right to add an additional charge of fifty percent above the normal stated and negotiated staffing pay rate.
PAYMENT TERMS:
If you are a new client your first event must be secured with 50% down payment on invoice to secure the event date and the balance paid within 7 days after the conclusion of the event. All future or recurring events are due next 7 days after the conclusion of the event.

CANCELLATION FEE:
It is mutually agreed that if an event is cancelled five days or less prior to the scheduled event day, a fee of fifty percent for all hours contracted for will apply per this contract.

ETHICS AGREEMENT:
You agree to hire âMBE Staffâ personnel only through âMB Enterprisesâ and will not attempt to employ any staff person directly.

FIRST AND FOREMOST:
We aim to accommodate you and will create a plan and relationship based on your specific needs! Our VIP clients (Caterers, Event Planners, Venues, Golf Clubs, Country Clubs, Hotelâs ) have access to the detailed catering staff profiles and photographs where you can choose your staff specifically reserved and tailored to your company.

OUR COVERAGE INSURANCE:
MBE Staffing protects its business, staff, and clients with full insurance coverage. Limits of $2,000,000 General Liability and Liquor $2,000,000 are covered. We also provide FULL WORKERS COMPENSATION INSURANCE. A certificate of insurance will be furnished when requested.

GRATUITIES:
Most people ask what an appropriate âtipâ is for each staff person. Specifically, since our staff usually exceeds our clientâs expectations gratuities typically begin at 20% of the hourly rate charged. This is only a guideline and your gratuity to individual staff should solely be based on your expectations. Gratuities are subjective and is at the sole discretion of the client.
